Having problems when trying to watch our videos?

If you are having problems viewing our videos it could be for a couple of different reasons...

Make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player installed. You can install it free here:
http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

If you are using Internet Explorer and have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player installed yet our videos still won't load it may be because you have your Security settings on High. Please add our site as a Trusted Site to make sure the video player can load properly:

To do so - click on the "Tools" menu in Internet Explorer 8, then choose "Internet Options". Go to the "Security" tab and click "Trusted Sites". Then click the "Sites" button. Make sure you uncheck "Require server verification (https:" for all sites in this zone" then add our website: "http://www.activerhythmology.co.uk".

It is important that your Security level for your Trusted Sites zone is set to Medium (Default level).

Once you think you have fixed the problem please go back to the video you were trying to watch and refresh the page to check it is working correctly now.

If your company system does not allow you to play our video or there is some other problem you can request a free DVD in the UK of "How to be...rhythmologised!" by email.
