2. The address of the venue, including postcode.
3. The name and type of your organisation (if any) and the client (or an indication of the type of client) if you are arranging the activity for someone else.
4. The expected number of participants.
5. Any other activities that will be taking place.
6. Any participants with special needs that we should be aware of.
7. A reminder of when and where if we have provided an activity for you in the past.
